Dining in the mountains can be a highlight of your visit. It can also be an expensive disappointment. On most of the area tabs to the left we have provided contact information for local restaurants that our staff at the Blue Ridge Mountain Chamber have personally visited. The listed restaurants are the best that we have found so far. They earned a spot by offering a great meal at a fair price. There are many good restaurants in every area that our site covers and we encourage you to try them and tell us what you think of each one of them.  From fine dining to mountain style bar-b-que, our staff will seek out the best of the best and list them as we find them. If the area you are visiting doesn't have restaurants listed, it doesn't mean there are not good ones there. It just means we haven't found them yet...Bon Appetit
